We
provide tax consultancy, company secretarial and payroll services. We
help our clients to maintain a full set of accounts using computerized
accounting systems in a network environment. We also handle monthly
reporting requirements, attending to GST and end of year tax returns
and liaise with auditors for statutory reporting purposes.
Incorporation
of Companies
Our
financial services also extend to assist our clients to incorporate new
companies, business firms or foreign branch companies in Singapore and
attending to corporate secretarial matters.
Payroll
Services
We
also undertake to do marine offshore and other payroll services from
Singapore through electronic banking systems that are linked up to
banks in London and Singapore.
