Austen has upgraded to its management system to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System by Bureau Veritas in March 2010.
Austen is accredited with ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System and has achieved certification in ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System by Bureau Veritas in March 2010.
By achieving the above standards and combining them with the Total Quality approach, there is total organisational involvement in continually improving the quality of service, reducing risks and exceeding customer’s expectations.
