Established in the 1980's, Austen Maritime Services has emerged as a prominent shipping company offering a variety of marine services to diversified clientele. Jointly owned and controlled by P & O of Australia and Stena of Sweden, the company has seen a growth and expansion of its business in the region. Yet the basic platform from which it first started is still the main stay, with the emphasis on quality service. We have provided to many clients of all disciplines within the industry, high quality services in the marine and associated fields.

Austen provides payroll, manning, personnel and technical services and acting as agents in Singapore for P&O and Stena Group vessels calling into the port. Over the last 20 years, we have expanded our fields of expertise and we now include representation for major shipbuilding and conversion projects, ship surveying on behalf of potential buyers and characters, provision of financial agency and payroll functions to third parties which include Chevron, Shell, Woodside Energy, Bluewater, Farstad, General Maritime Corporation, Technip, PTTEP and other major players in offshore, oil and gas industries.
