.: AGENCY AND SUPPORT SERVICES
The operations team in the agency department are well familiar with the functional procedures and practices that are governed by the PSA, MPA and also the Marine Department in the port of Singapore. Ships ranging from supply boats to VLCC's and rigs including accommodation rigs are handled by the department each year.
From normal bunkering operation to loading/discharging and repairs, painstaking efforts are made to ensure an efficient turn around for vessels. Whether in port or outside port limits, constant liaising with Masters, bunker barges and the relevant authorities has kept the department in full charge of any situation. This has been further assisted by the use in the office of fully computerized equipments and links to the PSA portnet and the global e-nets.

To act as supervisory, owner's agent of charterer's agent and to comply with shipping practices, tariffs and local legislation

To attend to principal's requirements such as the provision of bunkers, lubricants, stores, water, crew services including sign on and off, repatriation, medical and hospitalisation, crew launches and other such assistance required by our principals or owners.

To arrange pilotage, stevedorage, lighterage, customs clearance, charter supply vessels, tugs, barges & crane-barges etc

To assist our customers on arranging berth, shipyards, heavy-lifts, sea-trials and liaise with local port authorities for special requirements

To provide assistance to our customers who want to arrange berth or docking in Malaysia and Indonesia ports
.: SPECIAL PROJECTS
Our operations team also has the expertise in assisting our clients in the planning, coordinating and supervising large-scale projects covering Risk Assessment and Safety aspects.
