The
operation team in the agency department are
well familiar with the functional procedures and practices that are
governed by the PSA, MPA and also the Marine Department in the port of Singapore. Ships ranging
from supply boats to VLCC's and rigs including
accommodation rigs are handled by the department each year. From
normal bunkering operation to loading/discharging and repairs,
painstaking efforts are made to ensure an efficient turn around for
vessels. Whether in port or outside port limits, constant liaising
with Masters, bunker barges and the relevant authorities has kept
the department in full charge of any situation. This has been
further assisted by the use in the office
of fully computerized equipments and links to the PSA portnet and the global e-nets.
